Definitions
Personal Data: Information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual.
Respondents: Individuals completing an AcuMax assessment.
Customers: Organizations that have purchased AcuMax services.
Users: Authorized individuals within Customer organizations who access AcuMax software.
Children’s Privacy
AcuMax assessments are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors.
Data Collection & Use
Respondents
We collect Respondents’ name and email address, along with responses to AcuMax behavioral and cognitive assessments. This data is provided to the Customer requesting the assessment (e.g., a potential or current employer). Data is anonymized 120 days following the end of our agreement with the Customer unless anonymization is requested earlier.
Respondents may voluntarily provide additional demographic information (e.g., age, experience, ethnicity, gender, education level) for research purposes. This information is used internally for analysis and is not shared with Customers.
Customers & Users
We collect the following data from Customers and Users:
