CEOs Achieved Higher Growth, Reduce Risk

Robert Holland, Ph.D., Chairman, Vistage Michigan – Private Advisory Boards for CEOs, Executives and Business Owners

I would highly recommend the AcuMax tool, and do, for every CEO that I interact with. I think it’s a tool that a CEO cannot do without. It’s something that is extremely informative in many different ways within the organization. It is a matriculation tool that can be used to develop people. It is a training and common language tool that can be used for all the people in an organization. I think any company that tries to move forward without a tool like AcuMax is taking much more risk than they need to take with who they hire, how they promote, who they place, and what they do in the future with regard to developing that strong culture of trust within the organization. It is in the Cloud. It’s something we can use anytime, anywhere, and it’s a very intuitive tool to use. So, we find all of our staff members use it. All of our chairs are using it. The bottom line is a more productive team, one that is conscious of its culture, and one that, therefore, can achieve results the organization is trying to achieve because they develop a trust of one another, which is the basis of teamwork, and the basis of the success of any organization.
